Earth Day Celebration
Earth Day celebration in front of City Hall. Everybody is welcome. We will mingle, chat about how we appreciate and care for our earth. Hot chocolate provided. Chalk to draw on the sidewalk. Parade on 2nd Ave. Bring signs and paper mache animals.
The Earth Day planning group invites the community of all ages to get together in front of City Hall at 5:00pm on Wednesday, April 22, to celebrate Earth Day. This will be a fun event where we meet, have hot chocolate, kids and all can draw with chalk on the sidewalk, we talk about ways we care for our planet, each other and all living things. This will be followed by a parade along 2nd Ave East. Folks can bring signs and paper mache animals they have made at Earth Days in the past. We are looking forward to seeing you there.
