The Owen Sound Arts, Culture and Volunteer Awards celebrate excellence in the arts, culture and heritage in the greater Owen Sound area. This year, the celebration event also includes the Jan Chamberlain Volunteer of the Year, Youth Volunteer of the Year, and Senior of the Year Awards. These awards underline the importance of culture to residents and recognize groups and individuals for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the area’s cultural vitality. They also celebrate our volunteers for their desire to make a difference in our community and in their own lives by giving their time and expertise. The awards are presented by the City of Owen Sound annually.
