Not quite sure if playing with glass is for you? Let this class help you to decide. This half day no experience needed course will give you just a taste of the stained glass copper foil technique. With four simple designs to choose from, you will learn to score and break glass, grind, foil, assemble, and solder a small project. Upon completion of this class, you will have completed a 3-4 piece project, giving you a sense of the process and an idea of whether proceeding to the more intensive one day beginner class is for you. All materials, hand tools, and equipment are included. Safety: Closed toe shoes, safety glasses, and a sense of humour are mandatory. You may bring your own safety glasses, or they are available for use from the Centre.
