In this half day beginner class, you will experience a taste of the traditional art of leaded glass while creating a stunning Garden Stake of your own colour and design. This course will cover the steps and concepts of utilizing lead came in your stained glass project. You will learn how to score and break glass, stretch and cut lead came, and solder within a zinc frame. Upon completion of this class, you will have a beautiful piece of art to adorn a garden or planter. Your finished project will measure approximately 24” x 3.5”. All materials are included as well as the use of our hand tools, grinders, and safety glasses.
